The CDA is governed by a Board of Directors who act on behalf of the entire membership.
Companies that are interested in a position on the board must apply for membership. Board seats are only available during an election cycle or with a vacancy. Approval of a board membership is by vote of the existing board. Annual board dues are listed below. *Employee headcount/FTE should be based upon the headcount of your immediate company, not a parent or affiliate company.
By way of example, the employee/FTE count would work as follows:
- If a large global logistics company has a drone subsidiary, the employee/FTE count is based on the number of FTEs of the drone subsidiary.
- If a large drone company operates globally, the employee/FTE count is based on the worldwide FTE count of the entire company.
